Wastong Nutrisyon Kailangan Lifestyle Diseases Iwasan

Heart attack, diabetes, rheumatism, anemia, overweight and underweight, goiter, and not fail to mention the infectios diseases like dengue, H1N1, cough and colds are popular complains heard nowadays.

A lot of money was spent for medication instead for daily foods. A lot went back home from school resulting to missing classes, to low grades or worst - drop outs. A lot went back home from wok, resulting no income for daily basic needs of the family. The chain effect of diseases to our society should be solved.... but how?

On the other side of the road, a lot of money were used festive occation flooded with wine, high fat, sodium and cholesterol foods. Rich family spent quality time with junkfoods found in fast food chains and shopping malls. Jamming, party-in, out-of-town fun time is joined with alchohol, cigars, and unhealthy foods. Lock of sleep, obesity, anorexia, and low resistance of infection are often attributen to unbalance lifestyle. This lifestyle Should be stop........ but how?

Prevention of diseases is better and cheaper than buying medicines, and how? Having the right kind of rest and sleep is one. Second, find time to have exercise. Third, balance social and family life. Fourth, proper and balance nutrition. Last and most important is- respecting the life God has given to us.
