My Dream...My Future

Since I was a kid I dreamed that I will become a doctor. When I was in preschool I also play as a doctor with my neighbors.

There was also a time that I asked my self that why I'd like to become a physician in the future. I don't why? But like being a doctor and serving people is in my veins.
Now that I'm a senior-high and picking my course I'm determined to continue that dream. But there are some questions bothering me, like can I do this? ; can I finish this course? This are some questions that makes me worry.
To become a doctor there a some stages or levels to pass first you have to be a college graduate then pass the board exam then you have to finish medicine then again there is the exam to pass o be a licensed physician and you have to have your specialization and get a job... that is according to a friend of mine, hahaha.
However, I will continue as long that I can and there are no major financial problems.

Change: Starts with Ezekiel

This qoutation illustrate the significance of responsible citizen.
As citizenship, we have important role to play in the development and progress of our country. We should not only be depending to our government. We should not always be burdening the government of our needs.

Rather, we should be responsible enough to become self reliant, desciplined and pro-active. We should try to carry out our individual problems.

By asking ourselves of "what we can do for our country" is essential in making the democracy effective and workable. The people, we should see the fact that they participate.

I,as a citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, I can say that I've been a part of this. As a scout and joining its movements I've been part in making our country better.

"MY EYE OPENER"

How's your third grading? My third grading with TLE subject is fun although there's some problems. Learning and surfing is exciting. Its like when you accomplished one activity with the computer is such a fulfillment. But tis third grading I've been lazy and stubborn in doing my blog works and computer activities.
What did you learn in TLE this third grading? Familiarizing the different techniques and keys in the notepad. Learn how to surf the internet. But the most important is the values like how to be independent in doing the work,to be consistent in accomplishing an activity and give your best in every work that is given to you.

Imagine What Will...............................

Imagine thirty or forty years form now. Biotechnology has really advanced. Scientist can now clone people and also change their DNA strands making them better or perfect all around. Do you think that it is safe to tinker with Mother Nature? Is it wise to try and control Mother Nature? Better yet can she ever be controlled? Whether or not she can be controlled is a big of deal. If we can control Mother Nature she will end up controlling us sooner or later. It is not a smart idea to tinker with such a great power that the world has depended on for many years.

Scientist can study and try to do many things but one thing they can never do is control Mother Nature. I believe biotechnology is not really necessary in this day in age. What is the point in trying to clone a person and make them better? This technology can be very harmful to us as well as the earth. Biotechnology will change many things and can ruin the balance of nature. In the short story by Jeremy Rifkin, he states "Initial fears focused on the nightmare scenario of newly engineered microorganisms escaping from the lab and causing uncontrollable damage to the other organisms in the environment. If the balance of nature is interrupted it can cause a lot of destruction. For example if a scientist were to take a species of any type from its original habitat and introduce it to a new environment it will cause the environment to change as well as its balance. The species may eliminate other species causing the food chain to change.

Biotechnology is a great danger to the human species. Imagine people walking around looking like twins but one is better in every way then the other. There is already enough racism in this world why do we need to set new standard of a persons well being in his or her society. If scientist were to clone people they could improve the clone, putting the natural human specie at a lower level of life. There would no longer be natural people all the clones would survive caused by Darwin's theory "Survival of the fittest." These new breeds of human could be programmed from birth to be any thing like ruthless soldier for wars. Then there would be a race to see which country has the strongest army. War might even break out causing mass destruction. If this technology got in the wrong hands it could be very dangerous.

our filipino language

The evolution of the Wikang Pambansa, now known as Filipino, has not remained uneventful, as one finds out from the its historical perspective in the previous section. From 1935 onwards, to the present 2000’s we have seen this language develop, first as Tagalog-based that barely ill-disguised itself as the "national language"--a clear victory of Manuel L. Quezon and the espousal of the tagalistas. In 1959 acquiring the term "Pilipino"given to it by executive to remove the "tagalogism" and imprint its national character.

Our Filipino language is our “own” emble, our signature, our symbol, and our dignity. We should care about it, infact we should be proud of it. Our forefathers died for it. Many lives have been taken. Our heroes sacrificed their lives for our wikang pambansa. Philippines offer its blood and soul to grant our wikang pambansa. So we have to treasure it.

A Subject A Great Help

When I met my first computer subject in my entire life, I thought that it is hard. I suspect that computer subjects are very rigid, because I’m not yet vary familiar with computers. I also get hard to manipulate computer, I’m so ignorant about it when I’m a beginner.

But now I realize that it’s not that difficult. Rather it is an interesting subject.
